This patient is a 52 year old female who presented with the diagnosis of breast cancer. She completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to her surgery. Due to the size and shape of her breasts, she underwent bilateral wise pattern mastectomy with two stage breast reconstruction using tissue expanders and silicone breast implants which resulted in a lifted more symmetrical breast mound. Natrelle Inspira® Soft Touch 310cc Silicone breast implants were used to obtain these results.
