This patient is a 31 year old female who underwent bilateral wise pattern breast reduction surgery to reduce and lift her breasts. She had a previous breast reduction by a different surgeon and continued to experience back pain, shoulder pain, and difficulty finding clothing and bras due to the size of her breasts. She also had asymmetric breasts. 960g of breast tissue was removed from the right breast and 715g of breast tissue was removed from the left breast in order to achieve and reduced, lifted, and more symmetrical appearance to the breasts.
