This patient is a 31 year old female who underwent bilateral wise-pattern breast reduction surgery in order to reduce the size of her breasts. Her breasts were causing her back pain, neck pain and shoulder grooving. She had difficulty finding clothing and bras to fit her correctly. 730g of breast tissue was removed from each breast to reduce and lift the breasts.
