This patient is a 32 year old female who underwent bilateral wise-pattern breast reduction surgery in order to reduce the size of her breasts due to chronic back pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain. Her bilateral breasts were reduced and lifted in order to improve her symptoms and provide her with bilateral breast symmetry.
