This patient is a 64 year old female who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. An immediate direct to implant breast reconstruction approach was performed. Allergan Natrelle Inspira® Soft Touch Low Profile 205cc Silicone Breast Implants were placed above the pectorals major muscle in order to achieve natural appearing breasts after mastectomy.
