This patient is a 64 year old female who underwent bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. Due to the large size of her breasts and degree of ptosis (sagging), two stage breast reconstruction was performed using a “wise-pattern”. She requested that her breasts were smaller in size then her natural breasts. Natrelle Inspira® Smooth Soft Touch Round Extra High Profile 310cc silicone implants were used to accomplish these results.
