This patient is a 56 year old female who desired improvement of her breast appearance with implant exchange. She had grade IV capsular contracture of her right breast. An enbloc capsulectomy was performed and her implants were exchanged to 605cc Natrelle Inspira® silicone, smooth, round, full profile implants.
