This patient is a 70 year old female who underwent bilateral wise pattern breast reduction with free nipple graft in order to reduce her breast size. Due to the large size of her breasts a free nipple graft was necessary. 1000g of breast tissue was removed from each side to obtain these results.

This patient is a 31 year old female who underwent bilateral wise pattern breast reduction surgery to reduce and lift her breasts. She had a previous breast reduction by a different surgeon and continued to experience back pain, shoulder pain, and difficulty finding clothing and bras due to the size of her breasts. She also had asymmetric breasts. 960g of breast tissue was removed from the right breast and 715g of breast tissue was removed from the left breast in order to achieve and reduced, lifted, and more symmetrical appearance to the breasts.

This patient is a 40 year old female who desired breast reduction and breast lift (mastopexy) due to the size and shape of her breasts. She suffered from chronic neck pain, back pain, shoulder grooving, and rashes under her breasts due to the size of her breasts. She also had severe “sagging” (ptosis) of her breasts. Approximately 730 grams of breast tissue was removed from each breast and a lift was performed using a wise pattern “anchor” technique.
