This patient is a 60 year old female who desired removal of her silicone breast implants due to Breast Implant Illness. She also experienced chronic neck pain due to the weight of her breasts. Removal of her silicone implants was performed with en bloc capsulectomy using an inframammary (hidden under the breast) approach in order to alleviate her symptoms and provide her with an excellent cosmetic result.
