This is a 39 year old female that presented after traumatic full-thickness injury to her scalp that resulted in a round wound at the apex of her scalp. Her concern was that she would forever be left without hair at the top of her head. Complex reconstructive surgery was performed to close the wound and ultimately allow for re-growth of her hair without a visible scar.
