Ear Lobe Repair Patient 1: This is a 58 year old female that underwent a facelift procedure by another surgeon 5 years ago that unfortunately resulted in a complication called “pixie ear” deformity. This occurs when the ear lobe is pulled too tight and migrates down toward the jaw. Surgical repair was performed to return the earlobe to its natural position.
