This patient is a 47 year old female who had existing breast implants that she felt were too large (270cc). She desired smaller breasts and breast implants with a lifted appearance. Exchange of her breast implants to smaller high profile silicone breast implants was performed with simultaneous mastopexy (breast lift) to obtain her desired result.
